Delete your DueSaathi account

This page is provided by DueSaathi, the developer listed on Google Play for the DueSaathi Android app (package name com.duemate). Use it to request deletion of your account and the personal data linked to your use of our website and mobile app.

How to request account deletion

1. Enter the email address and password for your DueSaathi account below.
2. Submit the form to verify your identity and confirm your deletion request.
3. Our team processes verified requests and deletes eligible account data within 7 business days.

You can also email support@nakshatrawebsolutions.com from your registered address with the subject line “Account deletion request — DueSaathi”.

Data that will be deleted

• Your account profile (name, email, phone, company details, and login credentials)
• Wallet activity, subscription selections, and in-app preferences stored for your account
• Saved verification lookups, voice-call templates, schedules, and CRM records tied to your account
• Session and device tokens used to sign in to the mobile app and website

Data that may be retained

• Records we must keep for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or billing compliance (for example completed payment receipts)
• Aggregated or anonymized analytics that no longer identify you

Any retained data is kept only as long as required by applicable law and then deleted or anonymized.
